We are seeking a Kitchen Manager or Sous Chef to join our team! The Kitchen Manager will directly supervise and coordinate activities of kitchen staff and be engaged in preparing and serving food.

Kitchen Manager Requirements:

• 2+ years of Kitchen Manager experience working in a scratch kitchen
• High volume kitchen in a high-volume upscale restaurant.
• Knowledge of different cooking techniques – eager to learn new techniques as well.
• Ability to work days / nights / weekends / holidays.
• Bilingual preferred
