Job Opportunity: Kitchen Manager
Full-Service Kitchen – Roanoke, VA

Are you a seasoned kitchen leader with a passion for classic American cuisine? We’re seeking a  Kitchen Manager to oversee the operations of a full-service kitchen in Roanoke, Virginia. This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable establishment and lead a talented team in delivering exceptional dining experiences.

What We Offer:

• Base Salary: $65,000 annually
• Schedule: Five-day workweek, offering work-life balance
• Benefits: Full benefits package and generous paid time off (PTO)

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience:
  • Proven kitchen management experience with a  national brand, franchise, or reputable small chain .
• Leadership:
  • Ability to manage a team of 20 employees, including 2 subordinate Assistant Kitchen Managers.
  • Strong skills in team development, training, and maintaining high kitchen standards.
• Culinary Expertise:
  • Familiarity with a classic American menu and a commitment to quality and consistency.

About the Role:

As the Kitchen Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including staff management, food preparation, and maintaining a clean and efficient workspace. You’ll work closely with your team to ensure exceptional food quality, operational efficiency, and adherence to safety and health standards.
