As a caregiver/CNA with Mcare Agency LLC, you will be responsible for providing assistance with daily living activities, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and personal care to our clients. You will play a crucial role in helping our clients maintain their independence and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.
The ideal candidate for this position will have previous experience in caregiving or as a CNA, and a strong desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, responsible, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medication reminders and assist with medication management
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and meal preparation
- Document and report any changes in clients' condition to the appropriate supervisor
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred
- Previous experience in caregiving or as a CNA
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
