In the Commercial H V A C- R Technician role, Capstone provides the space for our technicians to showcase the amazing work that they do! Since 2011, Capstone Mechanical has been providing the commercial H V A C industry with a unique and rewarding customer experience. At Capstone we provide service, maintenance, and installation of commercial H V A C/ R equipment for our Multi- Site Retail Customers such as Kohl's, Dick Sporting Goods, Best Buy, Starbucks, and so many more. Our office is based in Portsmouth, N H, and since 2011 our territory has grown to cover most of the Eastern Seaboard.

W H A T Y O U W I L L A C C O M P L I S H:

Maintains H V A C/ R equipment including R T Us up to 40 tons, split systems and light refrigeration equipment Performs H V A C/ R service repairs, quotes, installs, and maintenance for assigned customer locations Participates in on call rotation Documents and submits information from customer location in internal software Schedules service, maintenance, and quoted work in internal software Obtains parts pricing, and builds quotes Maintains good working order of company vehicle Complies with company and industry safety standards Y O U M A Y B E A G O O D F I T I F Y O U A R E: Customer Focused - You have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. B A S I C R E Q U I R E M E N T S:

3+ years Commercial H V A C experience preferred Refrigeration experience preferred Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills, and strong mechanical aptitude Extensive knowledge of H V A C systems and equipment Ability to use power tools and hand tools Ability to use thermometers, pressure gauges, and other testing devices to evaluate H V A C systems Ability to read operation and repair manuals for H V A C systems and follow instruction Excellent communication skills, as required to interact with customers and team members Valid driver's license with clean record E P A & O S H A10 Certification Ability to pass pre-employment substance screening & background check

P H Y S I C A L R E Q U I R E M E N T S:

Physically able to work on H V A C units including roof top units Will be required to work in settings with extreme cold or heat Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, crawling, or climbing ladders Prolonged period of sitting while driving Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds.
