HR Consultant/Workday Implementation

Healthcare

Contract Through June 2026

Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Remote; $53/hr

What you’ll be doing:

• HR Information Systems creates, tests and implements HR service delivery strategies and support HR business processes using HR information systems.
• This role will be supporting a large scale Workday implementation for approximately 10,000 employees into a currently existing Workday tenant.
• Duties will include evaluation of the current tenant and requested requirements, leading discovery and requirement session and supporting testing and implementation.

Who we’re looking for:

• Experience leading discovery and requirement sessions, supporting testing and configuration with Workday.
• Previous involvement in large scale implementation projects related to Workday.
• Experience with the Benefits Administration module, required.
• Experience with the Leave Administration module, required.
• Experience with iLoads and implementor access in Workday, preferred.
• Applies comprehensive knowledge and a thorough understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities.
• Develops technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems.
• Solutions are innovative and consistent with organization objectives.
• Completes work independently.
• At least 5 years of experience supporting Workday in an HRIS capacity.
• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
