About the Role

The Company is seeking a strategic and customer-centric Head of Product to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy and roadmap for SaaS-based online learning and eLearning products. This role requires a leader who can balance big-picture vision with detailed execution, ensuring that every decision is connected to measurable business impact. The Head of Product will work closely with the CEO and cross-functional teams to turn strategy into action, delivering high-quality releases that create value for customers and drive business growth. Key responsibilities include owning major product areas, translating strategic direction into actionable plans, and maintaining a strong focus on customer insight and business outcomes.

Applicants for the Head of Product position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, with at least 12 years' of professional experience, including 8 years in product management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in owning and scaling SaaS-based products, particularly in online learning or related industries.
