Responsibilities include: Greet guests and provide a warm caring initial experience for guests. Answer phones and dispatch calls and messages. Open and distribute mail. Excellent verbal communication and organizational skills. Professional demeanor and appearance. Ability to prioritize and multi-task. Must enjoy working with seniors. Basic clerical skills such as Microsoft Word, Excel, fax usage and email. High school diploma.
Shift Needs: Weekend: Saturday & Sunday 8am-2pm
Salary Range: Up to $17 an hour
