Forklift Operator – Join Our Warehouse Power Team! Location: Fort Atkinson WI
Shift: 2nd Shift
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 4pm - midnight (until 2am when needed)

About the Role Bring your skills, energy, and precision to our fast-paced warehouse team! As a
Forklift Operator , you’ll play a key role in keeping our operations moving smoothly — from receiving and organizing products to preparing accurate, on-time shipments. You’ll work side-by-side with our Production and Warehouse Teams to ensure every load, lift, and move supports safety, quality, and efficiency across the floor.

What You’ll Do - Load and unload freight safely and efficiently — and complete all required documentation with accuracy.
- Move, stack, and store product in the proper locations using sit-down forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
- Handle labeling, wrapping, and sorting tasks to keep inventory organized and shipments correct.
- Operate forklifts safely , including daily inspections, proper mounting/dismounting, and adherence to OSHA safety rules.
- Check product integrity — verify counts, inspect for damage or contamination, and report any issues promptly.
- Keep your area clean and secure , including sweeping floors, clearing conveyors, and maintaining a safe workspace.
- Collaborate with team members to keep production flowing and meet daily goals.
- Use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanners to track inventory and maintain accuracy.
What You Bring - 1+ years of forklift or warehouse experience (sit-down forklifts preferred).
- Knowledge of slip sheeting, WMS, and RF scanners a plus — but we’ll train and certify the right person!
- A sharp eye for detail, strong coordination, and commitment to safety.
- Reliable, team-oriented attitude and solid communication skills.
- Ability to perform full range of motion and lift as needed in a warehouse environment.
- Current forklift certification or willingness to earn it with us!
