We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to plan, manage, and execute a wide range of events, from showcases and presentations to golf tournaments. This role will also support the Event and Communications Manager with large scale events.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all aspects of event planning and execution, including budgeting, scheduling, vendor management, sponsorships, logistics, and on-site support for 8-10 events annually.
  • Research venues, negotiate contracts, and liaise with vendors (caterers, decorators, AV teams, etc.) to secure high-quality services.
  • Manage event timelines, task assignments, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
  • Oversee event setup, breakdown, and clean-up while ensuring smooth operations during the event.
  • Monitor event performance and collect post-event feedback to assess success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices to enhance event offerings and attendee experiences.
  • Coordinate with the Communications Manager to ensure the events are properly promoted to continue building attendance rate year over year.
  • Support the Events and Communications Manager with an additional 5-6 large-scale events during the planning process and day-of.

Education
Bachelor’s Degree from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Details

Location: Denver, CO 80204

Compensation: DOE, $55,000 to $60,000 annually, plus Health, Dental, Life, STD, LTD, 401k, PTO
