Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily schedules and appointments for executives or team members
• Organize and coordinate meetings, including logistics and materials preparation
• Assist with email correspondence and help prioritize communications
• Perform research and compile reports or presentations as needed
• Maintain organized filing systems and manage confidential information
• Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodations

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
