What You’ll Do Responsibilities As a Marketing Associate, you’ll be involved in all stages of event planning and execution. Your key responsibilities will include: Assisting with the planning and execution of live and virtual brand events Supporting all event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and on-site coordination Communicating with clients to collect requirements, provide updates, and resolve concerns Collaborating with internal teams (creative, logistics, marketing) to meet project goals Coordinating with third-party vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery Managing on-site logistics such as guest check-in, event flow, and issue resolution Gathering post-event feedback and supporting performance analysis Leveraging data to optimize future event strategies Who We’re Looking For No experience?
