Job Full Description Call Center Agent - Customer Service Representative - Location: On-site in Ocala, FL
- Pay: $17/hour
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM
Candidates must be available to work any shift within this time range, as start and end times may vary.
Requirements: - Minimum 1 year of call center experience
- Comfortable using CRM tools; prior experience preferred
- Experience handling inbound and outbound calls
- Comfortable with basic math skills
- Must pass drug screening and background check
- Fluent in English; Spanish language skills are a plus
Responsibilities: - Answer inbound calls and make outbound reminder calls
- Assist borrowers and verify account information
- Maintain accurate records and deliver scripted information
- Complete administrative tasks as assigned
