Job Description

The Director of New Projects will oversee the planning, development, and execution of high impact initiatives aimed at improving efficiency, enhancing client engagement, and driving organizational growth. This strategic role requires someone proactive, innovative, and highly organized with the ability to manage cross departmental projects from concept through implementation.

The ideal candidate will introduce new systems, streamline workflows, and support the company in adopting tools that advance automation and digital marketing. This position works closely with leadership and multiple internal teams to ensure alignment with business goals and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cross functional projects focused on technology integration, automation, and digital marketing improvements
• Identify and implement innovative tools to streamline workflows and enhance communication
• Oversee marketing strategy, branding initiatives, and digital presence
• Manage project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and performance metrics
• Collaborate with leadership to align planning with company objectives
• Monitor project outcomes and adjust strategies for continuous improvement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in project management, marketing, or tech development preferred
• Strong understanding of automation systems, CRM platforms, and digital marketing tools
• Excellent leadership, problem solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment

Salary: $90,000-$140,000+/year
