Responsibilities and Duties
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive product adoption and brand awareness.
Lead product launches from concept through commercialization, working closely with R&D, sales, and application teams.
Manage and develop a high-performing marketing team as the company scales.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform positioning and messaging.
Drive demand generation, digital marketing, and content strategy.
Represent the marketing function in executive leadership discussions and investment meetings.
Ideal Candidate Profile
8 10 years of progressive marketing experience in MedTech and Science , ideally with a focus on breast oncology, or related fields.
Demonstrated success in bringing MedTech products to market , from early-stage development through commercialization.
Experience in growth stage or mezzanine level companies is highly desirable.
Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to operate both strategically and tactically managing a marketing organization with global responsibility.
Deep understanding of regulatory environments, clinical marketing, and healthcare provider engagement.
