Responsibilities:
Power wash decks, fences, and exterior wood surfaces
Apply wood stain using sprayers, brushes
Perform light sanding, board replacements, and prep work
Set up and clean job sites each day
Maintain tools, equipment, and safety standards
Requirements:
Must be reliable, punctual, and coachable
Comfortable working outside in various weather conditions
Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
No experience necessary, we provide training!
