Required Skills:

• Valid Tennessee LPN license\n\t
• Proven experience in acute hospital or correctional facilities\n\t
• Strong assessment and clinical skills\n\t
• Ability to manage a diverse patient population\n\t
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities\n

\n\n

Nice to Have Skills:

\n\n

\n\t
• Prior correctional healthcare experience\n\t
• Basic knowledge of security protocols and safety procedures\n\t
• Bilingual abilities are a plus\n

\n\n

Preferred Education and Experience:

\n\n

\n\t
• Licensed Practical Nurse license in Tennessee\n\t
• Prior experience in correctional or acute care settings preferred\n\t
• At least 1-2 years of relevant healthcare experience\n

\n\n

Other Requirements:

\n\t
• Reliable transportation\n\t
• Ability to pass background checks and security clearance\n\t
• Willingness to work 5x8 hour shifts, either days (6am-2pm) or nights (2pm-10pm)\n
