Job Title: Fraud & Compliance - RCA Specialist

Pay Rate: $26.43/hr

Location: Knoxville, TN - Onsite (Possible Hybrid) -

Duration: 06 Months

Responsibilities:

• Investigate multiple fraud typologies: elder exploitation, tech fraud, organized rings, AML, etc.
• Perform account transaction analysis to identify suspicious activity.
• Document findings thoroughly in a case management system.
• Conduct interviews (internal) with relevant stakeholders.
• Draft and submit complete and accurate SARs.
• Escalate critical findings to management and/or law enforcement.
• Maintain compliance with SAR/BSA/AML policies and training requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in banking, fraud, or risk analysis.
• Experience with credit/debit cards, DDA, loans, and/or investment product fraud preferred.
• Fraud and investigative experience preferred.
• Critical thinking & proficiency in Microsoft Office are required.
• Must meet strict case quota and quality metrics.
