As a House Cleaner, you will be essential in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our clients. Reporting to the Cleaning Supervisor, your core responsibilities will include residential cleaning, office cleaning, sanitation, and floor care, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction. You will contribute to a positive atmosphere and uphold the organization's commitment to excellence in home and office care. Join our team and make a difference in our clients' lives through your dedication to cleanliness and service. This is a daytime position and you must have your own car. 

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction
• Ability to perform laundry and manage housekeeping /office tasks
• Ability to move and work at a quick pace
• Acceptable to feedback and coaching
• Ability to fix any mistakes with a positive can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential/ commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors.
• Ensure sanitation standards are met by disinfecting surfaces and bathrooms.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences.
• Manage tasks as required.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.

Must be willing to travel. We are located in the State of Connecticut, and we cover all of Hartford County and some of New Haven County

You MUST have your own vehicle to travel daily. You will get paid from trip to trip, including tips.
