Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead our technology strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of solar technology, fintech, and the integration of IoT and AI in product development. As the CTO, you will be responsible for driving innovation, overseeing the development of our technology stack, and ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute the technology vision and strategy aligned with the companys business goals, focusing on IoT integration, realtime analytics, and AI orchestration.
• Product Development : Oversee the design, development, and deployment of fintech products that leverage solar technology, ensuring they meet market demands and regulatory requirements.
• Team Management : Build and lead a highperforming technology team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Technology Integration : Ensure seamless integration of IoT devices and realtime analytics into our product offerings, enhancing user experience and operational efficiency.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with crossfunctional teams, including product management, operations, and marketing, to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
• Market Analysis : Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to inform product development and strategic direction.
• Risk Management : Identify and mitigate technological risks, ensuring data security and compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CTO or in a senior technology leadership role, preferably within the solar, fintech, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of IoT technologies, realtime analytics, and AI applications in product development.
• Demonstrated success in leading technology teams and managing complex projects from conception to deployment.
• Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to think strategically and innovatively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
