Position Summary
We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapist (COTA) to join our team. Under the supervision of our Clinical Director and a licensed Supervising Occupational Therapist, the successful candidate will provide exceptional client care while supporting the delivery of high-quality rehabilitation services.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and carry out individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
-Communicate effectively with patients, families, referring physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with facility, departmental, and insurance provider requirements
- Monitor and report any changes in patient status to the supervising therapist promptly
- Contribute to department operations and clinical program development
Enhance professional skills through continued learning and engagement with professional associations
Schedule
Day Shift
Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
