Copart's Corporate Operations team is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Travel Coordinator to support the CAT Team, CCRF, and Special Operations units. This role will act as the primary point of contact for coordinating travel, accommodation, and various operational needs for these specialized teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, as well as a proactive and hands-on approach to managing complex logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel Coordination:

o Book air travel, hotel accommodations, and rental cars for the CAT Team, CCRF, and Special Operations.

o Ensure that all travel arrangements are made efficiently and within company policies.

• Hospitality & Accommodations:

o Manage special requests and preferences for the CAT Team, CCRF, and Special Operations regarding accommodations, meals, and other hospitality needs.

• Reporting & Documentation:

o Maintain accurate travel records for reporting purposes.

o Ensure credit card reconciliations are completed in a timely manner.

o Submit invoices for payment processing.

• Administrative Support:

o Provide support for other special projects and tasks assigned by management.

• Communication & Coordination:

o Serve as the liaison for travel-related communication between the teams and vendors.

o Ensure all team members are informed of travel plans, schedules, and any changes in arrangements.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Highly Organized: Ability to manage multiple travel arrangements and projects simultaneously.

• Detail-Oriented: Keen attention to detail when booking travel and handling logistics.

• Multi-Tasking: Comfortable juggling several priorities at once while maintaining efficiency and accuracy.

• Hands-On: A proactive approach to problem-solving and managing tasks directly.

• Quick Learner: Ability to adapt to new software tools and systems with ease.

• Clear Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to interact positively and professionally with both internal teams and external vendors.

• Analytical Acumen: Strong ability to assess situations, solve problems, and make decisions based on data.
