Job Title: Skilled Carpenter (4–8 Years Experience)
Location: Job sites vary between Long Beach and Newport Beach, CA
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: Based on experience and performance, evaluated on-site by Superintendent and Foreman
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7am-3pm Pacific Time

Position Summary:
We are looking for skilled carpenters with 4–8 years of hands-on experience in all aspects of carpentry. Candidates must be strong in framing and demonstrate high-level craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Skills & Experience Required:
4–8 years of professional carpentry experience
Proficiency in all aspects of carpentry, including strong framing skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints is a plus
Comfortable working in a variety of job site environments
Attitude & Work Ethic Expectations:
Strong work ethic
Pride in craftsmanship — not a corner cutter
Committed to safety on the job
Dependable and reliable
Positive, team-oriented attitude
Punctual and consistent
High integrity and honesty
Drug-free and safety-conscious
Additional Requirements:
Willingness to travel between job sites in Long Beach and Newport Beach
Must have reliable transportation
Driver’s License: Must hold a valid driver’s license.
Compensation:
Pay is competitive and based on experience and demonstrated skill level. Performance is evaluated on-site by the Superintendent.
