Call Center Agent – $19/hr | Full-Time | Monday–Friday | No Nights or Weekends

What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism and care.
• Provide accurate, solutions-focused support.
• Document each call thoroughly and follow established procedures.
• Meet performance goals while contributing to a positive team environment.
• Maintain strong attendance and punctuality —qualities we truly value.

What We Offer

• $19/hour starting pay with opportunities to grow.
• Full-time, steady hours: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM (no weekends or nights).

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: At least 1 year in a call center or high-volume customer service role.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Reliability: Dependable and consistent attendance record.
• Communication: Clear, courteous, and professional with customers and coworkers.
• Technical Skills: Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems.
• Detail-Oriented: Accurate data entry and multitasking ability.

Requirements

• Background check and drug screening.
• Verification of professional references.
• Monday–Friday availability (9 AM–6 PM).
