As a Business Systems Analyst Consultant within PNC's C&IB Salesforce Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Strongsville, OH. This position is primarily based in a location within PNC’s footprint.

As a Business Systems Analyst Consultant on our agile development team, you’ll play a critical role in bridging business needs with technical solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders, product owners, developers, and testers to ensure that Salesforce solutions are aligned with business goals and delivered effectively.

Key Responsibilities
• Requirements Gathering & Story Writing: Partner with business stakeholders and Product Owners to understand needs and translate them into clear, actionable user stories in Jira.
• Salesforce Configuration: Perform configuration tasks within Salesforce to support team velocity and allow developers to focus on more complex customizations.
• Agile Team Collaboration: Actively participate in scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct demos to showcase new features and gather feedback. Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and support quality engineering (QE) testers with story clarifications.
• API & Integration Analysis: Collaborate with technical teams to analyze APIs and ensure seamless integration across systems.

• Provides solutions for IT and business management on applying technology to business opportunities, planning and implementation of cross-functional applications.
• Participates in identifying, evaluating, and configuring systems that are cost effective and meet business requirements .
• Monitors client experiences and feedback on the use of business applications; Enhanced system productivity, as needed .
• Provides senior level consulting services to internal business groups on process improvement projects designed to improve their business results .
• Analyzes, defines and documents clients requirements, and revises existing systems logic challenges, as necessary .

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $55,000.00 – $120,750.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
