Job Description

BIM Drafter - Modular Construction
We are looking for a talented BIM Drafter with hands-on experience using Revit software to build detailed BIM models for our modular construction projects . As a BIM Drafter, you will collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to create high-quality, accurate, and efficient BIM models that will be used throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
BIM Modeling: Develop and maintain 3D BIM models using Revit to support modular construction projects.

Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design and construction information.

Documentation: Produce detailed drawings, schematics, and plans from BIM models, including floor plans, sections, elevations, and assembly details . Create permit set packages for plan view and shop drawings for production.

Revit Family Creation: Create and manage custom Revit families for modular components and systems.

Coordination: Perform clash detection and resolve any issues related to model coordination and collaboration.
Qualifications
Experience: 2+ years of experience in BIM drafting and 3D modeling , with a strong focus on Revit software .

Education: Degree or diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Technology, or a related field (preferred but not required).

Proficiency in Revit: Advanced knowledge of Revit software , including creating and modifying Revit families , setting up templates , and creating construction documentation .

Knowledge of BIM Standards: Understanding of industry BIM standards and protocols , including clash detection, BIM coordination, and model management .

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
