We are seeking a BIM Coordinator or BIM Manager to join our growing engineering services team in Cambridge. This role will support and lead the development, coordination, and implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes across a wide range of MEP and architectural design projects.

Responsibilities:

• Create, manage, and maintain BIM models using Revit for coordination and documentation
• Support engineers and project teams in model setup, drawing production, and clash detection
• Develop and enforce BIM standards, templates, and workflows across projects
• Facilitate coordination meetings and resolve design conflicts through Navisworks and other tools
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks is required
• Experience working with MEP or AEC industry projects preferred
• Strong understanding of BIM processes, model coordination, and clash detection
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field preferred
