We are Seeking the Top Tier in Luxury Automotive Management.

Bill Collins Ford/Lincoln/CarForce/Nissan a family owned, highly rated dealership in Louisville, KY for over 55 years is looking for a top performing Sales Manager to oversee our market exclusive Lincoln operation. Our Lincoln brand is in full growth mode and in need of someone with:

• Vision for growth
• Prior Automotive Management experience
• Experienced in Luxury retail brands
• Ability to hire, lead and train a small successful group of luxury sales associates
• Believes in a culture of serving both our associates and customers
• Driven to set and obtain goals for the department

Responsibilities Sales Manager:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Sales department
• Develop and execute strategies for inventory acquisition, pricing, and marketing
• Work closely with sales consultants to achieve volume and gross profit goals
• Analyze market trends and competitor pricing
• Oversee vehicle merchandising (photos, descriptions, online listings)
• Train and mentor sales staff
• Ensure compliance with dealership and manufacturer policies

Qualifications/Requirements Sales Manager:

• High level of integrity and professionalism
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
