Responsibilities Sales Manager:

• Lead and develop the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales goals
• Recruit, train, and coach sales staff to maximize performance
• Drive showroom and digital traffic through innovative sales strategies
• Maintain top-tier Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores
• Collaborate with Finance, Service, and upper management to streamline operations
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in pricing strategies
• Oversee sales processes to ensure compliance and efficiency
• Perform daily follow-ups to cultivate repeat and referral business

Requirements Sales Manager:

• Automotive Sales Manager experience required
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to motivate and mentor a sales team
• Experience with dealership CRM/DMS systems preferred
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer focus
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
