We are seeking a talented marketer passionate for the live entertainment business! The Arena Marketing Coordinator candidate is well-organized, creative, innovative and is a strong communicator. The Arena Marketing Coordinator supports multi-channel marketing and promotional plans to engage fans but also bring awareness to PHX Arena concerts and events. The Arena Marketing Coordinator reports to the Arena Marketing Manager.

What You Will Do:
  1. Manage internal digital signage rotation including marquee, LED ribbon boards, concourse display, pavilion.
  2. Manage promotion of concerts/events through a variety of platforms, including Suns/Mercury in-game promotions, flyer distribution, special features.
  3. In collaboration with the arena marketing team, lead the development of grassroots initiatives for select events.
  4. Assist with event day/night responsibilities on select events, which may include auditing all promotional graphics and signage, managing on-site promotions, on-site radio stations, and other third-party vendors.
  5. Maintain and manage show specific files and media library.
  6. Support arena marketing by executing on promotional plans with use of internal assets.
  7. Assist with PHX Arena email planning.
  8. Create post-event added value recaps for each concert/event.
  9. Support arena marketing team by updating PHX-Arena.com event pages and web content as needed.
  10. Assist with request process to Creative Services team to create professional graphics.
  11. Assist in the creation and execution of event graphics using the tour-provided ad mat and/or creating from scratch.
  12. Support arena marketing team by seeking creative and unique ways to welcome artists, promoters, and touring staff.
  13. Other duties as assigned by Director of Arena Marketing and Arena Marketing Manager.
  14. Stay up to date with industry and market trends.
  15. Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
What We Need From Our Arena Marketing Coordinator:
  1. Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-departmentally.
  2. Ability to multi-task.
  3. Ability to function independently.
  4. Knowledge of and ability to apply basic marketing concepts.
  5. Creative thinking, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  6. Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time.
  7. Flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings, and some holidays to meet business needs.
  8. Excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  9. Experience using Adobe Photoshop and/or other Adobe Creative Tools.
Experience/ Education Requirements:
  1. Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent experience required.
  2. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role. Experience in live entertainment marketing is a plus.
  3. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  4. Must possess strong organizational skills, self-motivated and creative.
  5. Ability to lead multiple projects at a time and work well under pressure.
  6. Adobe Creative Suite experience preferred.
