ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Summary/Objective:
The Administrative Assistant will provide organization and clerical support to the entire office. The
Administrative Assistant should be detail-oriented and thrives in a collaborative environment. This
role will be involved with all departments of the company and will need to be able to manage various
administrative tasks.
Essential Functions:
• Greeting visitors, managing front desk, ensuring only necessary individuals access the
building
• Assist finance team with administrative needs such as receiving inventory into ERP system,
collecting receipts, running reports, etc.
• Assist other teams with administrative needs such as ordering and setting up meals,
organizing meeting, recording notes during meetings, etc.
• Data entry for various departments
• Collect and distribute mail
• Organize and coordinate staff functions and activities
• Making travel arrangements for staff as needed
• Performing office duties that include submitting requests for ordering supplies, providing
employees with supplies when needed, etc.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the office
• Provide general administrative support
• Other tasks as needed

Preferred Education and Experience:
• High School Diploma
• Experience supporting a company in a variety of areas
• Strong verbal and written communication skills that allow you to clearly and effectively
inform and influence audiences internally and externally, across organization boundaries.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
• Highly organized
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office and shop environment. This role routinely uses standard
office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. This
role will also be exposed to industrial equipment.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The
employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with
hands and arms. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift
and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision,
distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a part-time position with flexible hours, all work hours will typically be completed Monday
through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Additional shifts may be assigned as business needs dictate and
occasional evening, and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Travel
Travel is not a regular expectation of this position but could be required depending on company
needs.
